Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is practiced while seated in a chair. Chair yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation and support joint health.

Come have dinner at the library and watch a movie on our big screen with surround sound.  For only $5, you are treated to pizza, salad, water, popcorn and a small dessert!  Money due at registration. Doors open between 4:45PM and 5PM.

Bling’s the Thing will lead a volunteer jewelry workshop! Participants will learn how to make earrings, which will be donated to battered women’s shelters. For each pair of earrings you make to donate, you can make a pair to keep.
