Welcome to Nanuet's first Postnatal Yoga series from Every Little Thing Yoga!  This class is wonderful for new moms and their babies who are not yet mobile (typically under 9 months, depending on baby's development).

Registration will secure your spot and is recommended. Walk-ins will be welcome in programs if space allows.
