Event Details

The Apprentice Engineers workshop is an effort to bring together our young adults to innovate and solve problems while having fun building and programming robots using EV3 Mindstorm robotic kits. Students in this workshop will learn the basics and fundamentals of robot building, will get creative with enhancement of existing robots, introduction to EV3 Programming Interface and experience programming their robots with motors and sensors.  Our goal is to inspire and motivate the next generation of ENGINEERS, THINKERS & INNOVATORS! 

Each participant gets a Apprentice Engineers Robotics Workshop Certificate from Robotics4U.

5&6 Program Info

Children may be dropped off and attend program independently.  

Important Fall Registration Information

Registration will secure your spot and is recommended. Walk-ins will be welcome in programs if space allows.

Registration begins for Nanuet cardholders only on Saturday, September 6 at 10:00 am. Out of district registration begins on Saturday, September 13 at 10:00 am.

K-4 Program Information

Children in grades K-4 may attend this program independently.  An adult must remain in the Library during the program.
